SYSTEMS INSTALLATION

In response to our customers' varied requirements, we have two standard installation packages, plus custom offerings, to assure you get your new System Wizards client systems up and running quickly. Our installation packages provide you with a choice of service plans ranging from system set up and test to comprehensive install/de-install with user data transfer.

Our PC Install Service includes an external quality inspection, new system installation, as well as external peripheral (local printer included) and network printer connection (for an existing printer).

PC Install + Data Transfer is System Wizard's most complete installation offering. We will provide the same services as in the Basic Installation plus we will migrate 1GB of data and de-install your old system.

Why System Wizards Installation Services?

  • Minimizing start-up time for the new System Wizards system with a consistent, proven installation process
  • Helping to prevent potential problems through quality inspections
  • Enabling you to focus key internal resources on more strategic projects
  • Helping to lower Total Cost of Ownership by eliminating or reducing your investment in training, travel, installation scheduling, and the actual system installation

Installation Coordination

  • Installations will be done during the hours of local customer time 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. (After-hours and weekend installation is available on a custom basis.)
  • At the time of purchase of an installation service, the System Wizards Sales Representative will need to verify your "ship to" information. Please be prepared to provide the name, phone number and email address of the person within your organization with whom we can coordinate the installation. This will help to make sure that your installation proceeds with increased efficiency.
  • Within 24 hours of your System Wizards product shipping, System Wizards will attempt to contact you to confirm the contact information and review the specifics of the installation service. Once contact has been made, the installer will be notified.
  • The installer will initiate contact with you within 24 hours to schedule the installation.
  • Our goal is for the installer to arrive at your site within 3 to 5 days from the date they receive notification or on the agreed upon date.
  • Multi-product orders will be scheduled based on the shipment date of the last product shipped to ensure a fully integrated on-site installation of your new system.

Customer Responsibilities and Notes

  • The customer must place the System Wizards products in the immediate area (cubicle/desk) in which the products are to be installed.
  • The customer must ensure that the required power outlets have been installed.
  • If the system or printer to be installed will be connected to your network, you must provide the installer(s) with the necessary network configuration (i.e., TCP/IP address) when the installer arrives on-site.
  • Services include removal of packaging to a customer-designated area within the building that the installation takes place, or the customer must arrange for the removal. You must explain to the installer where the trash will be removed.
  • These services do not include installation of products nor application activity not specifically mentioned.
  • System Wizards installation services are for System Wizards products only.

  • Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed the Customer Responsibilities specified in the Statements of Work for the installation services you have purchased.

Customer Escalation Procedures

If at any time during the installation process you have questions or concerns, please contact your System Wizards Sales Representative or System Wizards Tech Support at 303-216-1908. You should have your original sales order number available and/or your system Service Tag Serial # (the 5-7 digit alphanumeric #).
