We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you. Once we receive your completed, signed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via email. As soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to participate in the Cash
For Auto Sign Reward Program. We will then,
contact you and set a time to meet with you to receive
your sign. Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.
