Simply provide us with leads for properties. While
you're driving to work, at church, or around your
neighborhood, keep your eyes open for houses that would
be likely candidates. Houses and land with uncut grass,
vacant, or from people you know who mention they would
like to sell or need to sell. We usually don't want
houses or land that are for sale with real estate
companies, because they typically aren't as profitable.
Sometimes even those can work out if you know the seller
is very motivated.
Send us a list of houses that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO),
For Rent By Owner (FRBO) Vacant, or where you have made
a contact with the person needing to sell. The items we
will want you to submit on the list will be explained
once you fill our the form below and get it back to us.

REWARD PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM and submit it to us by fax or mail. We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you. Once we receive your completed, signed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via email. As soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to participate in the Cash Reward Program. Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.

Submit our simple CASH REWARD REFERRAL FORM
by fax, email, or mail. After sending someone to drive by the house and reviewing our Leads Database for duplicates, we will fax or email you a Cash Reward Confirmation indicating the number of qualified leads received and listed in our Leads Database with your name assigned.

Get Paid!
Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided)
shortly after we close on a house. Sometimes you may
even receive a surprise check many months after
submitting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your
name, it stays in our database until we buy the house,
